Is Swelling In The Ankle Due To Water Retention Or Is It General Swelling Apart From Experiencing Pain For Close To Six Months?
Question: can you tell me if this swelling is water retention or general swelling? my ankle and foot have been painful for at least six months.

Nevertheless, compression stocking has to be used all day, keeping the leg above the knee level should be taken care.
I suggest getting blood counts, ESR, liver enzymes, and color Doppler.
