Question : I had a cyst removed in my face 7 days ago by my Dermatologist. Both cheeks are swollen and my face is warm. Is that normal?

Based on the history you have shared, it can be early sign of local inflammation or infection which can be triggered by cyst removal and OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used for symptomatic relief however lymph drainage issues due to anatomical structural variation or post surgery is a rare side effect.
