Sildenafil is generally safe unless you have cardiac disease or allergy to the drug.
High doses more than 100 mg per day are better avoided.
As there are other better drugs than sildenafil for premature ejaculation , consulting a physician will be helpful.

What are other better and safe (less side effects) drugs available in XXXXXXX market to prevent premature ejaculation. I am sexually healthy, no problem in erection; only i want to increase the intercourse time a bit when feel for it occasionaly.

Hi,
you may try tab Sustinex 30mg one tablet 2 to 3 hours before having sex as and when required.
Presently, this is the best drug available.
