Is Taking Meth Along With Alcohol Safe?

Question: Is meth, a small amt of ingested thc, and a small amt of alcohol safe? All in limited moderation.

I read your query and understand your concerns about combination of various psychotropic substances.

First of all I request you to provide dosage of all three molecues at a time or in typical 24 hour duration. Without that it is almsot impossible to predict response as word "small" is very subjective one. What you call small may be large for another individual unless other wise measured.

Having said this any combination of meth with alcohol can cause serious reaction in form of Paranoia, excitement, hallucinations and things get more complicated if you add THC to this combination. I am strongly against combining all these molecules as there is definite risk of injury to your health permanently or even death.

Now you scared me. I have taken four 20-30 tokes on pipe inc inhale and exhale of meth. About 14oz of 12% alcohol can fruit cooler, and a half tsp hash butter for w a min amt of hash. Meth is not very strong compared to meth inhave had in past. I was ar foc today and all my vitals are xcellent. There forvwhat appears to be slightly swoolen lymph node. I am not a regular drug user. I had a lot happen in my life and wanted escape. I have used fairly regular the last 30 days but cut back in last two weeks. Used two days ago and 8 tokes like i described no alcohol and stronger meth. I know this sounds bad but i am just getting thru turkey day alone and have a meeting w a counselor to get life back. I golfed 18 today and have not drank for almost 30 days. I am a 50ym and christian that strayed off path. Church rejection part of it

I apologize for scaring you, but as a doctor I can speak only truth.

I can sense that you wrote your reply in great detail, that would be impossible for a person who had had a severe reaction due to the combination of drugs.

I am happy to know that your vitals are excellent but still be in familiar surroundings where help is easily available.

At this stage I request two important things
1. Stop using another drink/toke of anything
2. Call some family member so he stays around you
3. If you are not able to decide anything call emergency.
4. Use emergency services in future rather than relying on online help after you took some combination of psychoactive substances.

I had two more tokes and a very small sip of drink. It has been about two hours since last toke. I get warm and then cool, not drastic, i think it is thc kicking in. When i ingest it, it can take up to seven hrs before effects. I was going to take one more small toke to counteract.

I did not do further. I will be more cautious and not mix. Is thc ok the meth? Doc, like i said, i am done after Turkey Day. I space tokes out usually in 1 to 2 hr intervals and i start w just two to three tokes. I stay hydrated i eat something ahead of time. I guess what i am saying is I try and be responsible.

Doc, I know you are right and I am meeting with someone to help me. I am done after this week and going to make right choices. I just felt overwhelmed with all the bad stuff that happened in my life in such a short time. I had not used for several yrs. thanks for your concern and I apologize for bothering you
