Question : Can I take an oxycodone-acetaminophen 5-325 within an hour of taking a dexamethason 4mg tab roxane? I thought I was experiencing some inflamation in my back (strained muscle) but is probably another kidney stone starting to pass......I was just to the ER earlier this week for kidney stones. They also gave me Flomax. Thanks.

It is safe to take Oxycodon-acetaminophen following dexamethasone.
However, dexamethasone can mildly reduce levels of oxycodon and slightly reduce its pain relieving action. You can repeat the dose on 4-6 hours.
Continue using Flomax.Drink plenty of fluids to help flush the stone out.
While urinating, watch to see if you pass the stones.
