Brief Answer:
Can taken usually 1-2 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

For teeth to cut through, it could usually take between 1-2 weeks to a month usually.

Chewing or biting toys could relieve pain and also help in teeth cutting through.
Paracetamol for pain may not be necessary. If necessary, look into dose and may be given.
Cold milk will also be helpful in relieving pain.

Hope it helps.
