Question : I have tenderness under/on my eyebrow. Is it a sinus thing or a bone issue? It has been there awhile and doesn't hurt unless I touch it. I haven't had an injury there that I recall, but months ago may have gotten a head butt from a toddler? I don't know. My sinuses seem clear.

Pain over eyebrows is usually due to sinusitis or localised lesion or neuralgia.
Get a x-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the reports so that I can suggest you better.
Is there any Pain on touching the brows?
Follow up with the required information.
Take tablet paracetamol for pain.
