Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Your question seem incomplete and lacks complete information. You have said your testosterone is 3.7 , however you have neither mentioned the units for measurement nor have you told us whether it is free testosterone or total testosterone. In such a scenario , I am assuming that this is measurement of total testosterone and units are in ng/ml. In our lab, normal range for Total testosterone in ng/ml is 2.5-8.5 ng/ml. Hence a level of 3.7 ng/ml would be considered Normal.

Since your Testosterone level is normal, the questin of increasing the testosterone level does not arise. If you are assuming that higher level or testosterone within the normal range will lead to more physiological effect than you are sadly mistaken because ever person has a fixed hormonal level and as long as it is in normal range increasing the level will not have any benefit , it can only cause harm.

If anybody offers you 'Natural solutions' to increase your testosterone or offers you medications or injections for the same ... PLEASE SAY NO ! Please refrain from falling in trap of quacks who make such false promises about testosterone.

Good luck
