Question : I'm wondering if muscle tightens which my entire body from head to feet suddenly tighten up as I was driving up pikes peak. Is that a form of high altitude sickness?

Are you climbing high altitude terrain?
This could be due to lower temperatures as you climb higher altitude. Due to lower oxygen as you go higher you'll also tend to develop muscle aches.
