Question : Hi I received unprotected oral sex (blow job)into penis from a newly met woman for 7 to 10 seconds.then put a condom for one blow job.I have done 4th generation test after 30 days and it has come negative.Do I need to do any more tests ?

Thank you doctor for your response. I have uploaded the report which i had taken after 30 days.
But from past week i.e 31st day I am having severe sore throat for which i have been taking medication/antibiotics.Also recently I had sharp pain in my left armpit and that now has moved to right armpit...are these symptoms due to any STD's or anyother disease ? Please help with your response and help me with my anxiety and worries.

I am still feeling throat sore and have lost appetite to eat..so I am still worried.
So Do I need to perform the HIV viral load test in addition to the 4th generation test which i performed at 30th day..Kindly guide me.

Just to add , my sore throat was caused due to swollen tonsilitis (after 30days) for which i took antibiotics and now the throat is only sore.The swollen tonsilitis has gone after taking antibiotics. And the 4th generation test was taken in afternoon and I got the swollen tonsilitis on 30th night.So kindly help me with my confusions and anxieties.
