Is The CMIA Test For HIV Conclusive After 95 Days Of Exposure?

Question: I had test done for hiv ( hiv 1 and 2 antibodies includes p24) at 28 th day and at 95 day. Both came back negative. The test methodi was CMIA. Is it conclusive do I need further testing.

The test done was on 95 day not after 95 day. the exposure was on 4th XXXXXXX 2015 (Night) and i did last test on 8th September 2015. Also i would like to know can Beer drinking in any way affect the results.
