Question : My OBGYN has advised me Hb/Haemogram, OGCT, Midstream Urinanalysis, Ultra TSH, Vitamine B12, Rubella Igm. Please advise if these tests are necessary during 21st week. Further is it a must to have the genetic disorder ultrasound/sonography done during first trimester ? We missed those as our OBGYN didn't advise them at that time.

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Sonogram in first trimester is important for dating the pregnancy and confirmation of pregnancy.
And other tests she has advised can be done anytime in pregnancy but preferred in first or XXXXXXX 2nd trimester.
There is nothing to worry in case you don't have any bad obstetric history in past.
