Question : I can hear my heart beating in my right ear . It's not continuous. I've also noticed intermittent right eye twitching. The muscle just below my eye

Twitching of the eye lid is myokimia.
It is a benign condition and can occur when you tired or anxious.
The pounding in the ear is your pulse in the artery. It's again normal and is felt on exertion or when anxious. You may feel the pounding of the heart also at the same time.
Relax, there is nothing to be concerned about.
Eat wholesome food, avoid caffeinated beverages, exercise 30 minutes a day, and practice stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques.
