Question : How safe is the drug Levothyroxide. My TSH was 8.1 and Doctor wants me to start this med. I had panic attacks before and don't want them back

Depending on your TSH level your dosage will be decided and accordingly your TSH level should be monitored after initiation of the medication for a while, to observe your general response.
