Question : Is there a safe ED medication to use with Nitrostat, Isosorbide or m
Metoprolol? Also with Lovastaten, Trazadone? Thanks.

Do not use viagra or other supplements with nitrostat.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Taking viagra or sidenafil, tadalafil with nitrostat can cause dangerous drop in blood pressure. If you use nitrostat once a month in casual check pain it is safe to stop taking nitrostat and take viagra.
If you take nitrostat often you can try topical creams or ointments only, like nitroglycerine cream apply over genitals before intercourse.
Other medications even supplements are not allowed.
Also you can use ED pumps to achieve erection.
