Question : Please find attached my recent test results, and advise if I should continue the same dosage, reduce, increase, or stop it.
I am currently on Thyronorm 75 mcg.
Is there a solution to the Autoimmune triggered Thyroid disorder? Anti-TPO test results are elevated, this time nd every other time in the past I have tested those.
I always give blood sample before taking medication for the day.

Brief Answer:
About Hashimoto thyroiditis:
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for aksing!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
No, there is no need to change the dose.
There is no need to check the antibodies too, as they will remain high for the whole life.
All you need to check is TSH once in 6 months and adopt the dose depending on it's value.
So, you have Hashimoto thyroiditis, a chronic authoimmune disease, that means that your body produces the antibodies that destroy the thyroid gland. There is no cure for the antibodies. Once the gland is destroyed it does not produce hormones anymore and you need to take the hormone orally for the whole life.
Hope the information will help.
Best wishes,
