Brief Answer:
You need to see a doctor in person

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your query and understand your concerns about symptoms of ADHD.

In regard to diagnosis of ADHD only mental health examination combined with detailed history is reliable method. Other methods such as scales, online tests are suggestive at best and have very low reliability and validity.

In my opinion it will be better if you can see a psychiatrist in person. This will enable your psychiatrist to frame proper diagnosis and chart out necessary treatment.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards
