Is There A Way To Manage Increased Upper Arm Pain Followed By Popping Sensations?
Question: I am having increased upper arm pain and now popping feelings. it's getting to the point I can't clothe or put on makeup

As per your symptoms it's advisable to rule out arthritis or occult fracture of the joint if any.
For this it's advisable to get an x ray of both shoulder joints in AP and LATERAL VIEWS.
Meanwhile I will prescribe medications to improve your symptoms.
I generally prescribe oral medications of Cholecalciferol plus Calcium and Ibuprofen to my patients with such symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications and tests to determine further course of action.
Further specific management if any is largely based on test results.
