Question : hello - my lips are burning and hurt plus i have areas that are missing skin on my lips. it feels more than just chapped. is there something i should apply for relief?

I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
You seem to have cheilitis.
I suggest you to use an OTC topical steroid cream e.g cortisone cream, twice daily for a week. Thereafter you may use a moisturizing lip balm
