Is There Any Chance For Any Type Of STD With Blowjob ?

Question: Hello Doctors,
So 2 days back I went to a massage spa, got a good massage and then it was body to body massage. I denied getting blow job/sex. I only asked for hand job. Girl was good she cleaned the penis tip using the wet tissue and completed the activity.
I am little worried because she did touch my penis tip to her boob while I ejaculated. If she has some infection there which I am not aware of then is there a risk. She just kissed me over chest and back. No other thing happened.

Is there any chance for any type of STD ? Should I get some tests done ?

The transmission in your case for STD is very rare possibility.
Since there is cut or abrasive surface and no body to body fluid contact, the chance is less.
Be careful when you do such unscruplous activities in future. There is no second chance sometimes.
