Question : Hi doctor, I have received a handjo without condom and blowjob with a condom. What are the chances of me getting hiv or any std?
Brief Answer:
No risk of STDs through these particular instances.
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
STDs including HIV are only transmitted through unprotected sex, either vaginal, anal or oral sex.
There is no risk of STDs including HIV from a Handjob. Protected sex is also safe as far as risk of STDs and HIV is concerned.
Regards.

Thanks doctor, I am little relaxed now.. just one final query from my side.. even if there are small cuts on her hand / mouth, the scenario mentioned above does not pose any risk to me? Thank you in advance.
Brief Answer:
No risk.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
No. Paper thin cuts on hand or mucosal breaks are not a route for HIV transmission. Only deep actively bleeding cuts carry a risk of HIV transmission.
