You are taking tramadol and also suboxone. The tramadol has a half life of 8 hours so for the tramadol to be completely out of your system it will take about 2 days. If you take the suboxone in that time period you may cause increase in withdrawal symptoms. So if you took tramadol and then suboxone 24 hours later you could get signs of withdrawal like flu like body aches, chills and goose flesh, nausea abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
I would recommend waiting 48 hours before taking your suboxone after your last tramadol dose
