Low sexual libido in a women of young age group can be mostly due to psychological factors and relationship issues. In your case it was normal and recent decline will be due to psychological factors,
Sex education and counseling will be the initial line it managementz. Sessions with sex therapist or counselor skilled in addressing sexual concerns can help with low sex drive. Depressive episodes and use of antidepressants can also cause low sexual drive. Medical management has got minimal role especially at this age.

I am very happy and content in my relationship and think about having Intercourse regularly however the arousal just isn't there. I am very attracted to my partner and very happy in my life. I was a birth control up until a little over a year ago and it seems like ever since I have stopped taking them things have slowed down. Could this be related?
Brief Answer:
You can switch to progesterone-only pills.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
In some individuals, oral contraceptive pills can cause low libido. There is very little evidence for it and though.
You can switch to progesterone-only pills; which has got less chance for the reduction in sexual drive.
