Question : I am 73 years old, am diabetic, and have erectile dysfunction. Are there products on the market which will make me sexually active? I don’t care about good erections. Instead, I am interested in having orgasms.

Hello,

I think you should know that the glucose level should be maintained normal in order to improve sexual dis-function.
Secondly you need to check thyroid function and testosterone level (the most common hormonal imbalance that cause erectile dis-function).
If they result normal than viagra or cyalis are suggested but with caution and with permission of cardiologist.

Hi,

You can try testosterone boosters but they are only supplements with not such a great efficiency in erectile dysfunction at your age.
Furthermore the above mentioned pathologies should be treated (if there will be any) in order to improve it.
If there is any thyroid pathology for example , it's correction will improve erectile dysfunction without the need for testosterone boosters or testosterone injections.
Until you do the examinations you may try VirilX.
