Brief Answer:
There is a possibility of harmful interaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the possible harmful effects of Myospas forte taken along with "rum based cocktail".

Myospas forte contains chlorzoxazone which is used to relieve painful muscle stiffness or muscle spams. When used alone its common side effects include
drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, excitement, & restlessness.

Since you had a rum based cocktail which contains alcohol, alcohol itself may cause drowsiness, dizziness, gait disturbances, lack of concentration and skills.
So, there can be a harmful interaction between the two brain depressant drugs resulting additive effects like more drowsiness, slurring of the speech, gait disturbances.

If you get the above symptoms, you are advised to visit the ER (casualty) of a nearest hospital for further evaluation and observation in the hospital.

Hope this answers your query.
