Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder. That means the body's normal mechanism at genetic level is deranged. This CAN NOT be cured completely.

There are various medications starting from steroids to biological agents, which may be used from time to time depending upon severity of disease, but complete cure is still not a reality.
