Question : Is there any problem by drinking hot water regularly at office?, because at precaution i am drinking only hot water in office, i will take a glass of full hot water in machine and i will keep for some time to cool the hot water and i will drink
Earlier i use to get through infection, due to this i am using hot water in office

and also i am goggling hot water with salt weekly once precuationery for avoding throat infection-is there any problem?
