Brief Answer:
Antibiotics could be avoided...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the symptoms and it seems your wife has mild symptoms of infection with pregnancy. The list of drugs in the attachment has 3 antibiotics along with paracetamol and vitamins.

Considering the fact that there is scientific evidence to the use of antibiotics in treating covid-19, I would not suggest her to use antibiotics - doxycycline; ivermectin and erythromycin for now. Continue multivitamin pills and monitor the progress of symptoms. If symptoms worsen, discuss with her obstetrician before starting antibiotics.

If possible yes, practice COVID guidelines of staying far apart.

As I mentioned earlier, there is no evidence to using antibiotics for asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic patients.

There are no proven risks on pregnancy due to COVID-19; however other infective conditions should be ruled out if fever persists for more than 5-7 days. Please contact her obstetrician if symptoms persist.

Drink plenty of fluids; rest adequately and eat fresh fruits and vegetables are my recommendations in such cases.

Hope this answered all your questions. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards
