Question : What pills and diet helps fibromyalgia pls?
Brief Answer:
There is no specific diet or pills.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well there is no specific diet to help in fibromyalgia but taking nutritious diet with omega 3 fatty acids is useful .
Among pills Amitryptylline or Febuxostat is the drug of choice . I would personally suggest you to do yoga or tai chai for better results . Its mainly a psychological disorder also , so calming down the brain is very important . Rest I have reviewed your treatment for which I would suggest no major change .
Take care.
