For now nothing much needs to be done.
Wait and see if the fever goes away on it's own, if the fever is high, then along with giving crocin syrup you should also do tepid sponging with normal water that is not too cold.
If the fever does not subside even after 2 to 3 days, or if it is high grade, that is above 102 degrees Fahrenheit, then you should consult a child specialist without fail.
