Brief Answer:
Surgery is the safe option for radiculopathy

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
After going through your suffering, for better assessment of your problem please post the MRI report, if not done then you may get it done. There are option available (minimal invasive to open surgery) to remove the pressure on nerves that is causing radiculopathy. These are very safe surgery.
What do you mean by “ppo” please tell?
Hope this information suffices.
Take care and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
