Question : Is there a test that can be done to see if I've been pregnant before?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is no test to see previous pregnant status if pregnancy was aborted before 4 months but in case there was proper delivery of a live baby then shape of cervix (mouth of uterus) if examined by a good gynecologist can give an indication of previous delivery.

Isn't there a tear as well where the umbilical cord has been snipped?
Oh also do all pregnant women tend to have morning sickness or vomiting usually when pregnant?

No dear, if baby is less than 4 months usually there are no tears and if at a small tear is there which was not sutured at the time of delivery that usually heals without any scar.
Almost 90-95% of pregnant women have nausea and vomiting.
Absence of nausea doesn't rule out pregnancy at all.
