Brief Answer:
Tinnitus

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Loud noise exposure can lead to noise induced nerve loss leading to hearing difficulty and ringing in the ears.
You should get a pure tone audiometry done to see the amount of hearing loss.
Tinnitus can be managed by medicines but hearing loss needs to be managed with hearing aids.
Follow up with the audiometry report so that I can suggest you better and advice you accordingly.

Take care
Thanks and regards
