Are are talking about the small subcutaneous fat swellings that occur under the skin surface at various locations?
If yes then need to be removed surgically.
There are no oral and topical medicines for these.

Hello Doctor

If I am not wrong these are called as Lipomas, have few on my hands and few in my stomach.

Would there be any simple way to get rid of them, without any surgery?
I notice their size is increasing year on year. Though it never pained so far.

Yes, these are lipomas, only surgical removal treatment available

Hi,

Yes you are right. These are called lipomas.
These are benign tumors of fat cells which are harmless swellings.
Unfortunately there is no treatment for them apart from surgical removal.
If they are not causing any discomfort to you, you can leave them as such.
