Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but it seems that you have caught gastroenteritis.. This will require an stool analysis to detect the type of organism causing the infection but if it is not possible to perform a stool analysis then you should refer to your doctor for a prescription of metronidazole which is a broad spectrum antibiotic that is is effective in a wide range of bacteria.. In the meanwhile you should take an anti diarrheal as Imodium every eight hours and you should keep yourself adequately hydrated with at least eight cups of fluids daily to avoid dehydration.. I hope you find this helpful..
