Question : Hello, Yesterday morning while I was at work it felt as if I had strained a muscle near my belly button. It did not hurt to bad but was enough to constantly notice it. Today the area is still feeling the same but I have also felt bloated and "full" all day long. I do have GI condition that I have to take medication for. Is there anything I can do for this feeling? or any particular reason it flared up today?

Brief Answer:
Probiotics and antispasmodic// stool test
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The most probable reason for your condition are:
Entero-colitis means inflammation of small and large bowel. diarrhea and uneasiness/pain in abdomen indicate towards this.
Hence, I would advise you the following:
Take probiotic.
Take anti-spasmodic.
Get stool tests done. If a specific cause is found it can be treated as per the findings.
Continue Omeprazole and tums.
Plenty of liquids orally.
I hope this answer helps you.
