Is There Anything To Worry For This Low HCG ?

Question: my wife done the beta HCG test and results came as 68 mul/ml and her last period of was 31-Jan-2023 and the doctor we visited she told it might be early pregnancy but need to take beta HCG again.
is there anything to worry for this low HCG and she got UTI infection as well in urine report

Hello dear,
I have gone through your history and report and understand your concerns.
As your blood beta hcg on very lower side, it is a cause of concern.
Get your blood beta hcg level monitoring in every 48hrs.
Are you bleeding? having pain?if not no need to worry about it.
Sometimes early conception cause these findings,
take folic acid tablet and progesterone to support pregnancy.
You have to take medication for urine infection also,it is important to treat urine infection as well.

Thanks for your response.
I have attached the BETA HCG that done today and it increase to 173 and i have attached the Urine culture & Sentivity report as well.
yes, my wife having stomach ache and back pain.

Thanks for your reply.
Sorry for such a long delay in my response.
As beta hcg increasing in size though it is on lower side.
Repeat ultrasound required after 2weeks for foetal viability.
Her urine report shows infection other than E coli. She has to take antibiotics and other treatment for the same depending upon her culture and sensitivity report.( pregnancy safe medicine)

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for response.we have done the ultrasound and i have attached the report.
As per ultrasound report, fetal pole is not visible but yolk sac is visible of one gastation and one gastation is without yolk sac and fetal pole.
Could you please check and report.
Currently i leaving and wanted to go to my hometown, but can you tell the travelling by flight (1.5 hours journey) is safe now or not.
