Brief Answer:
It could mean inflammation in lungs or other structure around heart

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

From your description it seems that there is inflammation in lungs around the heart region. It is mild currently. But if the trigger or risk factor is not removed, then it may worsen. The best treatment is to remove the trigger (tracheostomy).
It may cause fatigue but currently it doesnot seem to be worrisome. Some medicines like anti-allergic medicines can help in reducing the inflammation.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
