Question : My wife is pregnant and we are traveling via plane cross country. Anything we should be doing to stay as healthy as possible outside of the obvious? And would you strongly disagree with travel while pregnant

I read your query and here is my advice.
Traveling by plane is mostly safe before 37 weeks of pregnancy.

If the pregnancy is normal no specific precautions should be carried. It is better not to travel for longer than 4 hours because of possible thrombosis.
Wearing compression stockings will be helpful.

I am speaking in terms of the corona virus. She is only 19 weeks pregnant. So I know we are good there. But with the virus. What is your recommendation?
