Hello,

To reduce the nausea, side effects of Metformin you should start with a lower dose than increase it gradually.
Take it with meal not with empty stomach because it makes nausea worse.

Take it with protein food like milk can help.
You can take one dosage before bad and you will be sleeping when this effect occur.
You will soon get used to it and this effect will subside with the passing of the time.
