Question : Is there ever a medical situation that you as a doctor would prescribe and recommend a patient take Lorazepam, Duloxetine, Zolpidem, and Ropinerole all together at the same time?

All these drugs can be taken at the same time but I believe not for only one diagnosis or condition.
I think this drugs can be used in restlessness leg syndrome, insomnia and possibly even anxiety.
Ropinerole and duloxetin are used for restlessness leg syndrome which often causes insomnia and anxiety and lorazepam and zoplidem can be used in this case.
