Question: Can I take contrave and 100 mg of zoloft together?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Bupropion and sertraline are both pharmacodynamic synergists that is they increase and potentiate the effect of each other. With its use mainly for adjunct to weight loss, i believe use of contrave will trigger the psychiatric profile and may cause flares if used together, if necessary , i would recommend lowest possible doses.

So in saying that-lowest dose on Zoloft? I need to wean down before I start taking contrave? To 25 mg?

100 mg is not a bigger dose provided it was slowly increased. So keep it this way and take the contrave pill if your doctor has prescribed it for you. His opinion is more supoerior as he has full clinical correlation and scenario in front of him.
