Question : I am taking metronidazole 500 mg and levofloxacin 750 mg, can I take Tylenol extra-extrengh for pain

Hello,

Tylenol can be safely used with the antibiotics you've mentioned (and actually with any antibiotic). The dosage is up to 1000mg of paracetamol (acetaminophen) each time and up to 3-4 doses per day (totaling equal to or less than 4000mg per day).
