Question : My husband had a steroid shot today for a bad cold, he thinks he is in a fib again which has happened twice already in the last couple of years. He was written a prescription for propafenone Hcl 150 mg. should he take medicine? Would it interact with the steroid shot?

Propafenone can be taken by the patient according to dose and schedule prescribed by the doctor . It has very minor to no interaction with most steroids there shouldn't be any thing to worry about. He can take medication without any fear of dangerous interaction with steroids.
