Oral sex with girl with HPV infection in cervix can cause oral cancer.
I would advise you to put a dental dam which is a piece of latex while performing oral sex.
Also get yourself vaccinated against HPV infection.

Also if you have constant sore throat and cough then you must go to a oncologist.
