Brief Answer:
ultrasound abdomen should be done initially.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for query,
Most likely you are suffering from indigestion also termed medically as dyspepsia. Its is an umbrella term marked by cramps, vomiting bloating and pain However its not necessary that all symptoms are there in every single patient.
Basically dyspepsia results when the acid of the stomach comes in contact with the mucosa of the digestive tract. These acids cause a breakdown of the mucosa leading to inflammation and irritation, which leads to indigestion. It may also result from eating disorders or certain medications.Increased acid destroys the good bacteria of gut hence food starts to ferment causing formation of toxic gases which when compress the intestine causes severe pain.

Rx

Go for an ultra sound abdomen.
Till then,
Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole 40 mg twice daily This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms.
Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days.
As hemeturia is gross proper urologist should be consulted.

Hope i was helpful.
Follow up with reports of ultrasound.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Follow up answer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
If size of kidney stone is less then 10 mm then there are chances that it will come out by itself all you need to do is to drink lots of water.
However if size is more then 10 mm then you have to go for lithotripsy(breaking of stone by use of lasers).
Thanks.
