Question : I've had a nasal discharge for a month. It is a thick yellow green discharge. It seems worse in the morning.
Brief Answer:
Possible Upper respiratory tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This looks like an upper respiratory tract infection.
In the absence of response to antibiotics, it's advisable to screen yourself for nasal and chest pathology if any.
For this I recommend HRCT SCAN OF PARANASAL SINUSES and X-ray chest.
Further management if any is largely based on test reports.
