Question : I have done my full-body medical checkup on 11th Oct 2024.
I see in report my HBA1C = 5.6
ESTIMATED AVERAGE GLUCOSE(EAG) = 114
FBS(FASTINGBLOODSUGAR) = 85

Is this a bad or alarming conditon for diabetes? How can i lower the values?

Hi thanks for posting the query
The levels are absolutely undre normal range. Are you a know patient of diabetes? Are you on medication?
If you are a known case of diabetes this levels shows it is under vey good control.
If you are nor diabetes then also these values are not alarming
