Question : Is this a tick? It on my leg. Not sure if it was a tiny blood blister or something.

Hello,

I see the pictures you attached and there is a very small black spot and a red spot around it . I don't see any legs around the black spot so it doesn't resemble to a tick.
It can be a blister or a tiny mole.
If you have a magnifying glass you can use it to see a bit closer.
