Question : Is this a worm, infection, or normal looking vein. I felt a pin prick, burning and then circular movement.

no fever, flush, flu-like symptoms.

Since when have you observed this?
When did you feel pin-prick, burning and circular movement?
Please press on the area and tell me if there is any tenderness?
Elevate the hand straight fully above head, hold for five minuted and see if the vein reduce in size or vanish.
